US processing use of potatoes rose 5% in 2025 to 286 million cwt, NASS says. Frozen fries and other frozen products took 173 million cwt, up 6%.
For farmers: Talk to fry and chip buyers about 2027 contracts: processing demand grew 5% while seed sales fell 8%.
